Plugins for KiCad
There’s PCB-Way plugin for KiCad which makes exporting your board super easy! There are many other manufacturers we will consider, and exporting manufacturing files is something we will explore later in the class when we order your boards.
Lecture 2 - LCA, Co-Design, Intro to PCB Design (9/18/24)

In class today we did the basics of KiCAD with a simple example of an LED PCB driver board with a USB connector. We followed Lab 1 linked below almost exactly but in KiCAD. If you need help with KiCAD specifically see the getting started in KiCAD which is a pretty good overview of what we went through.
